At RSC Anderlecht, it’s not just about winning on the field — they’re scoring off the field too. The club recently kicked off a bike leasing plan with Joule, launched within their cafeteria plan, allowing employees to flexibly use their year-end bonus.

“For us, it was important to give our employees more choice,” says Florine Delahaye, HR Manager at RSCA. “The bike fits perfectly within our ambition to promote responsible mobility. And it turned out to be a real team spirit booster.”

From kickoff to final whistle

The rollout of the bike plan went smoother than a perfect pass.

“The implementation was super easy and lightning fast,” Florine explains. “Joule guided us from A to Z, and it barely took any time on our end. Yet we saw instant enthusiasm from our employees.”

The follow-up is just as effortless:

“Employees are completely autonomous in their choice. If they need advice, they can go to their local bike dealer or contact Joule directly. We barely need to step in — Joule handles everything: administration, follow-up, even technical questions. It’s truly hassle-free.”

Flexible rewards, winning results

At RSCA, employees can exchange their year-end bonus for a bike via the cafeteria plan — and it’s proven to be a winner.

“The great thing about the plan is that people gain access to bikes they might not have considered before — often of higher quality,” Florine says. “The ecological motivation is there too, but it’s mostly the convenience and financial benefit that convince people.”

HR wins on and off the field

The bike plan brings happier, more engaged employees. “You can feel the positive impact this kind of initiative has on the team,” says Florine. “It’s something tangible, something that makes people smile — and it strengthens their connection to the company.”

Florine also enjoys her bike off the clock.

“On Sunday mornings, I take it to the bakery for fresh bread — cliché, I know,” she laughs. “But it saves so much stress in the city. No parking hassle, no traffic, just pure enjoyment.”

A real win-win: peace on the weekend, energy on Monday.

RSCA extends its partnership with Joule

“I recommend Joule 100%. Everything is easy, from setup to daily management. The collaboration is fast, efficient, and super pleasant. And the Joule team? Simply top.”
