It was love at first test ride: Jochen and his Gazelle are a dream team.

Why this bike?
“I used to mountain bike a lot, so I love a sporty ride. This Gazelle (540Wh 2026 belt) was the most comfortable and fastest of all the bikes I tested. Perfect for everyday use in Ghent, I can cross the whole city in 20 minutes.”
Favorite feature?
No hesitation there: Jochen’s favorite part is the Bosch Performance Line motor (75 Nm). “That motor is seriously next level,” he says. “The power kicks in instantly, no lag, just go.”
That instant boost also makes him feel way safer in traffic. “As a cyclist, you sometimes need to react or merge quickly, and this motor gives you total control.”
And honestly? It’s made him a more considerate cyclist too. “With that kind of power, there’s no excuse not to stop for pedestrians. You’re right back up to speed anyway, plus, it gives you time to smile at whoever’s crossing.” 😄

Favorite route?
The busiest bike lane in Flanders: the Coupure! 😱 “It’s always packed, always buzzing, and I love it. You’re riding between students, cargo bikes, and speed pedelecs. It’s a little chaotic, but that’s exactly what makes it fun.”

Alles verliep zeer vlot. Geen extra papierwerk, alles werd door Joules geregeld. Heel tevreden over de service.
Goede communicatie en uitleg. De persoon die het concept is komen voorstellen heeft dit duidelijk gedaan. De testritten waren ook goed georganiseerd.
Top ervaring! Klantenservice is top. Je kan er terecht met al je vragen en ze blijven altijd even vriendelijk. En ik heb best veel vragen gesteld. Levering was top. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen.
Vlotte service, snel antwoord en zeer vlot in gebruik. De offertes van de fietsenwinkel werden snel verwerkt en overzichtelijk afgeleverd in een leasing-formule.
Heel gemakkelijk dat de technieker op het werk komt! De technieker was vriendelijk. Onderhoud was snel gedaan. Ik heb heel gemakkelijk de afspraak kunnen wijzigen. Ik heb daarvoor een heel vriendelijke en behulpzame persoon aan de lijn gehad.
