As Commuter Manager, you make sure our customers know exactly how bike leasing can and should work. You’re the quiet force behind our customer experience, helping companies get their employees cycling. You also make sure our order processing runs smoothly. From admin tasks to coordinating processes, you help keep our bike plans rolling.

• You speak French fluently and get by in Dutch. Fluent in both? Even better!
• You’re a good communicator and you enjoy contact with customers.
• You have a higher education degree, or equivalent experience gained at the university of life.
• Experience in a commercial, professional environment is a plus.
• You’re enthusiastic and full of energy!
• You can work independently and in a structured way.
• You have a passion for cycling and can’t wait to sharpen your knowledge.
• You’re commercially minded and look for solutions.
• You love structure and organisation.
• You’re comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot and use them smartly to work faster and better. Already used AI in a support or operations role? Then you’re one step ahead.

🤙 What’s the job?

Commuter support

• You’re ^the point of contact for commuters throughout their journey, from their first question until well after delivery.
• You answer their questions about the order flow and about the impact of bike leasing on their salary.

Order management

• You check new orders, confirm them, forward them to HR and follow them up until the bike is delivered.

Process improvement

• You categorise support questions and help find ways to answer them better and faster.
• You actively think about how to make our order management even more efficient.
• You explore how we can use AI to answer support questions faster and process orders more smoothly, and you help put those ideas into practice.

Dealer network

• You work closely with our dealers in Brussels and Wallonia and explore together how to get even more people on bikes.

Joule is a bike-leasing service provider. We design and implement bike-leasing plans for companies and public organisations, whether for commuting through salary bike leasing or for daily operations with fleet bikes or cargo bikes. We do more than make plans: we take care of everything, from strategy to execution, including delivery and maintenance.

Joule was founded in 2018 and has been growing like a weed ever since. In 2022, with the support of Lab Box (D’Ieteren’s startup studio), we accelerated our mission to revolutionise corporate bike leasing. Today, we keep expanding our services and our impact in the bike-leasing sector.
