A win-win solution
VNZ had been looking for a way to reward their staff while also promoting healthier habits and reducing their environmental impact. Bike leasing turned out to be the perfect solution.
“Our employees spend too much time sitting,” says Joke De Mol, HR Manager at VNZ. “Encouraging them to bike to work just made sense. Leasing a bike makes that a lot more doable.”
Why Joule was the right fit
After exploring several options, VNZ partnered with Joule in October 2022. Since then, 41 employees have started leasing bikes.
“Leasing really lowers the barrier to choosing an e-bike,” Joke explains. “The monthly payments come straight out of your paycheck, so it feels much more manageable. Since teaming up with Joule, we’ve seen way more people biking to work.”
