As an AI Expert, you are the driving force behind our digital transformation. You build and implement AI solutions that take our team and customer experience to the next level. You work closely with product, tech, and customer success teams and get the space to make real impact.

🔍 Who are we looking for?

In short: someone who is just as comfortable with data as with people.

• You have experience building AI/ML applications in a production environment.
• You are comfortable with backend Python, LLMs, RAG, and embeddings.
• You know HTML and JavaScript (or can at least vibe-code your way through it).
• You speak Dutch or French fluently and understand both. English? Check.
• You have a proven track record of driving change and creating impact in a fast-evolving environment.
• You can translate complex technology into clear language for non-technical colleagues.
• You work independently but enjoy being part of a team that collaborates and thinks along.
• You have a strong opinion on when AI is and isn’t the right solution.
• Bonus: experience with API integrations, CRM tools, or process automation.

🚲 What will you do?

1. Build and roll out AI applications (50%)

• You develop AI solutions that intelligently automate our internal processes.
• You build chatbots, classification models, or RAG systems tailored to our needs.
• You work with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, open source) and make deliberate choices.
• You manage the full lifecycle, from prototype to production.

2. Data and insights (30%)

You analyze customer and operational data to uncover patterns and opportunities.

You build dashboards and reporting tools that help our team make faster decisions.

You collaborate with the team to improve data quality and structure.

3. AI strategy and knowledge sharing (20%)

You advise management on AI opportunities and risks within our business model.

You train colleagues to effectively use AI tools in their daily work.

You stay up to date with the latest developments and bring relevant innovations into the company.
