1. "Will bike leasing soon be available for other healthcare sectors, like PC 318 and PC 319?"

Opening up PC 330 was a huge step in making budgets more flexible for healthcare workers. And good news — this trend is only going to keep growing!

Bike leasing isn’t officially available yet for PC 318 and PC 319, but it’s definitely on the way.

2. "How does bike leasing affect my pension if it’s not funded through my year-end bonus?"

If the lease isn’t paid with your year-end bonus or other extra benefits — but instead through gross salary exchange — it could mean:

  • Your gross salary temporarily drops, which might slightly impact your pension, sick leave, or unemployment benefits.
  • The impact is usually small, but it’s not zero.
  • That’s why many employers recommend using bonuses or the year-end premium whenever possible.

3. "How does bike leasing work financially for PC 330?"

For PC 330 employees, bike leasing can be funded through the year-end bonus — it’s already outlined in the collective labor agreements.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • The total lease value over 36 months can’t exceed €12,428.40.
  • That’s about €345.23 per month.

Important:
